One new meta pattern emerges in the last few chapters… 🙂
One part of a big chapter with one documented goal oriented experiment primed towards the long term goals with a daily log of updates, score on alignment and a bit of ai enabled pipelines that document the updates autonomously is almost an agentic system.
Combined with a habit to try to think through the conclusion of the previous experiment and the next experiment with evolved goal combining all the meta patterns emerging recently with the evolution of reality… trains my core to empower the process of building those agentic systems now partly behind MyAiNativeTown.com with a manifesto, to begin with.
The question for the evolution is: are you agentic enough, yet?
So, experiment 015.0.4 needs to have a very clear measurable falsifiable goal that aligns with my the cascading goals. Although, i started writing this chapter on 26th of September, as of 12th of October,
October month’s goal:
- an ai agent training program in 2 towns, Bhiwani & Hisar
- a class room of ~20 students each town, alternate day classes for homework on days in between.
Self-observation is my lifestyle. I aspire my agents to learn to do the same.
Simply implies continuous self improvement.
But let me put in the larger context that the opportunity to build the lab to let them play is taking shape in my head documents and in the reality like I am empowering the ecosystem to learn to learn and build and aspire to play with the frontier intelligence and evolve with a common conscience… MyAiNativeTown.com
As of 12th October, since the 2nd iteration of TiT&S proposal 2.0 is in drafts, the 1st version give me a strong foundation, and although the manifesto sounds like such a good foundation, does it make sense to iterate on the manifesto as well?
But now that my work has an identifiable shape that atleast i can see and show my agents & knowing that you can only aspire to be as disciplined as your agents & knowing that my imagination defines my limits & there is no average after AI, although ultimately i aspire to help the humanity define redefine DEMOCRACY, currently, i only ask myself… Are You Agentic Enough, Yet?
Don’t I need to define what agentic mean here?
Because “AI native’ is a alien concept in the area I am living that is town that is spread over less than 25 km² as a residential area with approximately 2 lakhs in population but we have almost everything here without a core culture that enables the generations to learn to learn and learn to think with an open mind.
Ofcourse, it’s an alien term to me too.
Let’s relook at the statement: “You can only aspire to be as disciplined as your agents.”
I guess the two statements should be considered in conjunction with each other.
Note that, I am almost exactly in the middle of my decade long run… which started with “Let them play” as a letter to self from 2032 in 2021. Today in 2026, I’ve got kids who look upto me, I am about to get students who look upto me and i aspire to let them play but am i skilled enough to enable them or i should say… let them play, at their best?
Experiment 015.0.4 must result in a repeatable template for the concluding this chapter, this experiment and this milestone for the game that sounds like a thrilling adventure that I’ve been preparing for decades.
Now that my aspirations are evolving agentically, the game called connecting the dots has more interesting pieces as a puzzle to be put together.

I aspire to keep searching for the right questions to be asked.
It’s 12th October and i am about to fail my year 2026 goal that i defined for myself very carefully to generate a million dollars for myself in the beginning, for the clients when i realized the absurdity and still haven’t made a penny.
The failure to meet the goal is not very important no? The expansion of the aspirations seem to have built a foundation of million dollar agentic system, very vaguely in my head which even i can’t see, clearly, yet.
Yes, the foundation is strong. I am coming out as an evolved someone.
