Building for Inevitable Human & Agentforce Collaboration
Building for Inevitable Human & Agent Collaboration

Portfolio:

  • My first ever dummy agent is live here & as of 30th Aug, 2025, it’s a lame but watch me as I iterate & evolve it to what I can dream while slowly minimizing the gap. I wonder if I should even call this dummy agent as my portfolio but technically it is a major part of my portfolio, right?
  • This at least 100 (pdf) pages notion live document is my method of working with documentation & clearly defined goals, assumptions, hypothesis & history of execution to objectively move forward towards the outcome.

To succeed in anything well, attention & damn iterative process is all you need. Did you read that research paper that said: ‘Process Is All You Need” by the founding team behind erp.ai. Please find a 14:00 mins audio overview here to listen to the podcast style conversation generated by Google’s Notebook LM.

The paper introduces a Graph Neural Network (GNN) framework designed to enhance workflow optimization and process map management by addressing challenges like complexity, dynamic evolution, and noisy data.

& so, I published my own whitepaper recently to clarify what I am building in depth, to strengthen the foundation of the portfolio project I am building. The TLDR version of my whitepaper says that in an ideal case, we can augment the conversation between two entities: hiring manager and this job seeker candidate. Because now that we have conversational access to the human knowledge, we should be able to rethink most of the things.

So, let’s try to optimize your workflows, together?

Considering Agentforce implementation to streamline your operations for efficiency?

🤝 What We Need to Agree On (Before We Build Together)

What We Need to Agree On (Before We Build Together)

✅ You Are:

  • Someone who understands that Agentforce is not a plug-and-play bot — it’s a custom intelligence layer that reflects your real processes.
  • A partner, not a passive client. You’re ready to co-create, test, and refine — not just outsource and forget.
  • Willing to start lean — we’ll test fast, learn faster, and scale only what proves useful.
  • Open to rethinking your workflows if it leads to better outcomes, not just automation for its own sake.

✅ You Have:

  • A core team who can clarify your actual workflows, edge cases, and customer journeys — even if they’re messy right now.
  • At least one clear use-case where human effort is wasted, consistency is low, or experience is broken.
  • Access to your Salesforce environment with permissions or guidance for how to prototype within it.
  • Time and attention to review, test, and iterate — Agentforce is only as good as your feedback loop.

✅ You Know:

  • An Agentforce agent won’t magically understand your world unless we teach it — topic by topic, action by action.
  • You’ll get incremental wins, not an all-in-one silver bullet on Day 1.
  • Documentation ≠ reality — your actual team behavior is what matters, and that’s what we’ll design for.
  • This isn’t about building a chatbot. It’s about crafting a thinking partner that enhances productivity, reliability, and user experience.
  • Good design + good logic + clean data = good agent. We’ll work on all three, together.

If you’re just looking for someone to “set up a bot,” I’m not your guy.
If you want to rethink how your team works — and build an agent that thinks with you — let’s talk.

🧠 Agent-Readiness Self Assessment Tool: Find Your Friction Point
Agent-Readiness Self Test

How confident are you in the cleanliness and structure of your data?

⚠ Risk Meter: 🔴 High Risk

  • Agents built on inconsistent data will misfire.
  • Focus on data auditing and integrity tracking.

🔧 Suggested Step: Build a Data Shadow Agent.

⚠ Risk Meter: 🟠 Medium Risk

Partial automation is possible, but may produce noisy results.

🔧 Suggested Step: Start with a low-stakes internal agent.

⚠ Risk Meter: 🟢 Low Risk

You’re ready to choose a friction lane below:

Q1: How much of your team’s time goes to repeatable tasks?

  • ☑ Almost none → Route elsewhere
  • ☑ Some / Way too much → Proceed to Q2

Q2: What kind of tasks?

  • ⏱ Scheduling
  • ⟳ Data Entry
  • 🗞 Writing summaries
  • 🔍 Categorizing requests

🔧 Suggested Step: Build an agent that shadows one task and proves ROI in one week.

Q1: How many AI tools are in use?

Q2: Are those tools integrated with your systems?

Q3: Do you track ROI?

🔧 Suggested Step: Build an integrated agent connected to workflows + data.

Q1: Do your workflows still require human checks?

Q2: What kind of human input?

  • 🧠 Judgment
  • ❓ Clarification
  • 🧹 Cleanup
  • ⟳ Triggering next steps

Q3: What breaks when no one’s watching?

  • 🚯 Errors pile up
  • 🕳️ Tasks fall through
  • 🙅 Completion requires intervention
  • 😐 We don’t trust it enough

🔧 Suggested Step: Build a trustable exception-handling agent.

Here’s my offer:

As my above given portfolio document, I offer:

  1. Structured research oriented documented evolution of the projects.
  2. Goal oriented execution with a clear hypothesis, iterations & a measurable outcome.
  3. i.e. A clearly defined process that helps you understand your processes and find the areas where an agent would be most beneficial.

Let’s collaborate to draft a Process Discovery Document as a proposal to move forward?
