Hi, I am building a Salesforce Agentforce Agent that breaks the mould of traditional hiring practices so it's more of a human conversational interactive match making process. Or to eventually find an agent building freelancing opportunity by exposing my methods & related structures & iterative processes.
See, A Lot Can Happen Over Conversations & I think, Salesforce is one of the greatest software systems ever built. So, when I am learning to build @Salesforce Agentforce Agents, I feel like a designer behind the operating system of the future of humanity. Feels like Oracle, from matrix. This process of learning to build ideal conversations, teaches me a lot about real life too. Human conversations are driven by three core elements-
- Verbal,
- Paraverbal, &
- Nonverbal communication.
They are always shaped by the context (setting and relationship), focused on a topic, and oriented toward specific goals. This structure closely parallels how Salesforce Agentforce Agents operate, with:
- Topics (focus),
- Instructions (context), &
- Actions (goals)
& so I am structuring this as a public funnels experiment, slowly evolving with hypothesis, data and iterations, But wait, these are very early days for the chapter 21, I’d need a long time to synthesize it all but The Draft Is Here with (almost) daily iterations & here’s a 22 minutes video summary of my latest experiment where I’ve (almost) reinvented myself. 🙂
